The Teeter Hang Ups GL9500 Inversion Table is at the top of the range of manual controlled inversion tables from this company.

While the F9000 is an excellent table (described elsewhere on this site) the Teeter GL9500 Inversion Table has made some significant improvements over the F9000 and can be quickly detailed here, the main advantage of the GL9500 is the state of the art GL Ankle Locking System
The stand of the F9000 has the regular round tubing at 4 inches in circumference and 1 1/4 inches in diameter.
The GL9500 has a heavy duty D shaped steel that measures about 5 inches in circumference, D shaped and along the backside, or flat end it is 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
The GL9500 has the excellent Gravity Lock ankle locking system with four advantages over the standard lock:
1. Easy-reach-handle ratchet opens and closes the ankle clamps, eliminating the need to reach to the ankles to secure the foot clamps.
2. Finer locking increments so you can set it to fit more comfortably. The GL cinches down in 1/4 inch increments. The regular locking system has 1/2 inch increments.
3. Gravity Lock aerospace-grade stainless steel parts include a precision cast gravity lock feature as a secondary security mechanism. At around a 30 degree incline the GL locks into position automatically so it is impossible to open until the table is upright.
4. The lock will engage automatically as one angles back.
This additional safety feature is not part of the F9000 ankle locking system and is exclusive to the GL9500, the Power II GL and Power VI GL.
